My Approach

I genuinely love working with people. For me, this isn’t just about teaching English, it’s about helping you discover and express your full potential, both as a professional and as a person. I believe everyone has something valuable to contribute, and my job is to help you communicate that value clearly and confidently.

My style is warm and person-centered. I take time to understand who you are, what drives you, what concerns you, and what success looks like through your eyes. Our sessions are built on real connection and mutual respect. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, making mistakes, asking questions, and taking risks with the language.

But warmth doesn’t mean we’re just having nice chats. My method is structured, focused, and result-oriented. I’m committed to helping you reach your learning goals in the shortest time possible, which means we work with clear objectives, organized progression, and consistent accountability.

Every session has a purpose. Every assignment moves you forward. We don’t waste time on things that don’t serve your goals. I track your progress carefully, adjust our approach when needed, and keep us both focused on what matters: getting you to communicate effectively and confidently in the situations that matter to you.

Speaking and real communication are at the heart of everything we do. You’re not here to collect knowledge about English, you’re here to use it. So we practice actively, constantly, in contexts that mirror your real life.

And we do all of this in a safe, welcoming environment where you can experiment, stumble, and grow without fear of judgment. Confidence doesn’t come from being perfect, it comes from knowing you can handle whatever comes up.

How We Begin

When you fill in the contact form, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to schedule a free consultation call. We’ll talk about your current level, your professional context, and the situations where you need to use English. I’ll ask about what’s working and what isn’t, what feels urgent and what can wait. By the end of our call, you’ll have clarity on what you actually need, and we’ll both know whether I’m the right fit for you. If I am, we’ll define the program that best matches your goals and plan our next steps.

Developing Your Skills

Every session I prepare for you is built on what happened in our previous session and where we’re heading according to your learning plan. I review my notes from our last meeting, look at what you struggled with, what came easily, and what needs more attention. Then I design the next session to build on that foundation while moving you closer to your goals.

Speaking is at the center of almost everything we do. You’re not just learning about English, you’re using it actively in every session. We create situations where you need to speak: discussing real scenarios from your work, roleplaying challenging conversations, presenting ideas, defending positions, thinking through problems out loud. The more you speak, the more automatic the language becomes. Over time, you stop translating in your head and start thinking directly in English.

Listening develops naturally through our conversations, but I also bring in authentic materials (podcasts, interviews, presentations, business discussions) that reflect the kind of English you’ll encounter in your professional life. We work on understanding different accents, following complex arguments, catching nuance and tone. You learn to listen not just for words, but for meaning, intention, and what’s being implied but not directly stated.

Reading isn’t just about comprehension, it’s about building your instinct for how English works. We use articles, reports, case studies, and other materials relevant to your field. You learn to read efficiently, to extract key information quickly, to notice patterns in how ideas are organized and expressed. Reading well feeds directly into writing and speaking better.

Writing gets practiced through tasks that mirror what you actually do: emails you need to send, reports you need to write, proposals you’re developing. We work on clarity, structure, and tone. You learn how to express complex ideas simply, how to organize information so it’s easy to follow, how to adjust your style depending on your audience and purpose.

All four skills develop together, each one supporting and strengthening the others.

Your Part in the Process

Progress doesn’t happen just in our sessions, what you do between them is also important. That’s where your learning solidifies.

After each session, I’ll give you homework assignments directly connected to what we worked on and to your real life. If we practiced negotiation language, your homework might be to use specific phrases in an actual negotiation and report back on how it went. If we covered email writing, you’ll apply those principles to emails you’re actually sending.

The assignments are designed to be practical and achievable, not overwhelming. They’re meant to help you transfer what we practice together into your daily work and life.

Your accountability matters. Following through on recommendations, completing assignments, and showing up consistently to sessions are what creates results. I’ll guide you, support you, and provide everything you need to succeed, but the transformation requires your active participation. When you do your part, the progress comes remarkably fast.
